In 10th of December 2023, Australian Trefoil Health Technologies Pty Ltd proudly served as a key participant and co-organizer of the 2023 International Nutrition and Health Summit held in Haikou, Hainan Province, China. The summit brought together internationally renowned experts and scholars from the fields of nutrition and big health from more than 10 countries, including presidents of national nutrition societies, multiple academicians, leading university professors, and prominent industry entrepreneurs. Together, they focused on the central role and cutting-edge innovations of nutritional science in the big health industry under the new age.
Themed “Nutrition in Modern Age and Global Health”, the summit conducted in-depth discussions on the latest advances and application prospects of nutritional interventions in anti-aging, prevention of degenerative diseases, functional food development, precision nutrition, and sustainable health management. Over 600 delegates from around the world engaged in high-level academic exchanges and industry collaboration negotiations through keynote speeches, sub-forums, roundtable discussions, and project matchmaking sessions.
Mr. Liu Shuang, Chairman of Australian Trefoil Health Technologies Pty Ltd, was invited to deliver a keynote speech titled “Facing New Human Health Challenges”. From the perspectives of global population aging, the prevalence of chronic diseases, environmental stress, and evolving health demands in the post-pandemic era, Mr. Liu systematically elaborated on the strategic value of innovative nutritional technologies in addressing long-term human health challenges. He particularly highlighted Trefoil’s core technological strengths in selenoprotein-related pathways, nano-delivery systems for plant flavonoid active compounds, and the development of anti-aging functional nutrition products. He also shared how the company achieves a closed-loop model from basic research to industrial transformation, contributing bilateral wisdom from China and Australia to the global big health industry.
As a co-organizer, Trefoil set up a dedicated exhibition booth at the summit venue, showcasing the company’s latest generation of anti-aging and functional nutrition product lines, including the flagship DNA Repair series and nano-enhanced flavonoid composite formulations. These star products attracted extensive attention and in-depth exchanges from numerous domestic and international experts and enterprise representatives. The company’s R&D team also participated in multiple sub-forum discussions, engaging in meaningful interactions with international peers on frontier topics such as nanotechnology for improving bioavailability and the synergistic antioxidant mechanisms of selenoproteins.
